March Break Camp at Second Nature School: A Fun and Supportive Environment for All Kids!
Looking for an engaging, inclusive March Break camp experience for your child? Second Nature School is thrilled to offer a March Break Camp designed to provide a supportive and enriching environment for children of all abilities, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Running from March 10-14, our camp offers a range of fun, educational, and therapeutic activities from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with before- and after-school care available for your convenience. Our camp is open to the public, and no diagnosis is required to participate.
With a focus on play-based learning, social skills development, and sensory-friendly experiences, our camp is a place where children can thrive and feel safe. We keep our group sizes small, with a maximum of 15 kids, to ensure personalized attention and a comfortable environment.
Why Choose Second Nature School’s March Break Camp?
Second Nature School’s March Break Camp is led by a team of experienced educators and support workers who have extensive experience working with neurodivergent children. Our inclusive environment ensures that every child feels welcomed, valued, and supported. We keep our group sizes small to provide personalized attention, creating a comfortable setting that allows children to feel at ease. Additionally, our camp incorporates play therapy elements to build confidence and support social and emotional development, making it a fun and enriching experience for all participants.
Financial Support Through Autism Ontario
Families in Ontario may be eligible for financial assistance through Autism Ontario’s March Break Reimbursement Fund. This program offers up to $350 per child (up to their 18th birthday) to help cover the cost of camp fees or one-to-one support workers during March Break. A minimum of 1,007 families will be randomly selected across the province to receive reimbursements.
This reimbursement can help make our March Break Camp more accessible for your family. Don’t miss out on this opportunity to provide your child with a fun, supportive experience during the break.
Respite Care Services
In addition to our March Break Camp, Second Nature School offers respite care services provided by our trained staff. Respite care can offer families short-term relief by providing one-on-one support for children with unique needs in a safe and nurturing environment. Our staff members have experience in supporting children with various developmental and sensory needs, ensuring peace of mind for families who require additional support outside of camp hours.
Whether you need a few hours of respite during the day or a more extended period, our team is here to help. Let us support your family by providing quality care tailored to your child’s specific needs.
